What should ShipReceipt check?

Enter the real project links below. ShipReceipt will record what responds, what fails, and when each check happened.

Use a public repository. ShipReceipt selects the latest commit on its default branch; this does not prove that commit produced the deployment.
The live website or application ShipReceipt should check.
A project-reported endpoint such as /health.
A project-reported endpoint that checks whether dependencies are ready.
ShipReceipt will confirm that contract bytecode exists on the selected network.
Both passes and failures remain visible.
